The Oyster Inn is a very comfortable relaxing informal hotel at Connel, 5 miles from Oban in an area of outstanding natural beauty with breathtaking scenery. The hotel offers a very high level of accommodation at affordable rates.The Ferryman's Bar is perfect for that well earned drink before going through to the Oyster Inn Restaurant which has impressive views over Loch Etive, to Mull, Lismore and Morven.

The hotel also enjoys magnificent views to the mountains of Movern and Mull and is strategically placed for visiting Argyll's main attractions. It was built originally in the 18th century to serve ferry passengers but the ferry has since been made redundant by the modern road bridge alongside the cantilever railway bridge of 1903Our Bedrooms are comfortable and have wonderful pictures of the locale.
